Schedule Development


We develop schedules that track every delvierable from beginning to end. By integrating detailed information, we can analysze earned and targeted values and identify budgeted vs. actual costs during the construction phase. This is key in tracking and managing performance trends and issues.

Contract Document Review

Our team works with the designers and the client to promote clarity within the documents to avoid costly changes in the field during construction.


Meetings and Reports

Our construction management tem mets on a regular basis with the owner, designers and trades/subcontractors to review ongoing issues such as safety, procurement, expediting,scheduling, cost and performance issues. Action reports are distributed for review and comment. With our Project Control system ( Primavera, Expedition and Timberline) we integrate the adminstrative functions for our team. all transmittal, submittals, daily reports, correspondence logs, RFI's, meeting minutes, COR's cost worksheet, contracts, requisitions and more are all maintained and audited.
